Meeting You Where You Are
About Me
I’m Taylor, a holistic health and wellness coach who believes meaningful change starts by meeting yourself where you are — not where you think you should be.
My path into this work grew from lived experience, ongoing education, and a deep curiosity about what actually helps people feel better in sustainable ways. I’m less interested in quick fixes and perfection, and far more interested in steady progress, self-trust, and change that fits real life.
I help people slow down, tune in, and build momentum toward a healthier, more aligned life — one step at a time.
My Approach
You In Pursuit is a collaborative coaching experience rooted in one simple idea:
you are already capable — you just don’t have to do it alone.
We start exactly where you are. Together, we identify what matters most, uncover patterns without judgment, and break goals into small, achievable steps that feel supportive rather than overwhelming.
I bring evidence-based behavior change tools, holistic health education, and reflective coaching practices — and you bring your lived experience. We work in partnership, at your pace, building confidence, clarity, and sustainable forward motion.
No pressure. No perfection. Just intentional progress.

Sessions are conversational, collaborative, and client-led. We focus on what feels most relevant for you in the moment — whether that’s clarifying goals, exploring patterns, navigating obstacles, or building small, realistic steps forward. There’s no pressure to perform or “get it right.”

Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. It supports awareness, behavior change, and personal growth, but it does not replace therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. I don’t diagnose or treat conditions — instead, I help you build skills, insight, and momentum alongside any other care you may be receiving.
